- Creation of 4 filled éclairs, with a choice of flavors: chocolate, pistachio, praline or vanilla.

Frederic was an excellent host and teacher - all in French but easy to follow with clear guidance and tips throughout the class. It was a small group of just four so lots of hands-on experience. Delicious results at the end too! Merci Frederic!
