Activity description :

Come and enjoy a canoe trip down the Vézère from Les Eyzies between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat. You can paddle on an easy river while enjoying the different landscapes. You will experience an exceptional moment during this canoeing trip in the Dordogne.

Course of the activity :

You can rent a canoe for 2 adults + 1 child or 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults or a duo kayak for 2 people.

You will be welcomed at the Pont des Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil for introductions, formalities and to choose your boat model. You will then be equipped: boat, paddle, life jacket and a waterproof container for your personal belongings.
You will be given all the usual instructions. Then departure by bus towards the upstream, where the most beautiful courses of the Vézère are concentrated!
It's time to get in the water! You will settle comfortably against the back of your boat... before giving your first paddle strokes.
You will go down the Vézère at your own pace, with no set time, to finish at the car park where your car is waiting for you.

Château de Losse : 5h30 - 25km
This is the longest but richest hike! This section is the "must" of what the Vézère can offer you. Beware, it is reserved for the most athletic among you. 3 magnificent castles are there from the start.
Single bus shuttle: 9.45 am.

You are bound to find something to suit you with one of the 4 routes proposed on the Vézère. The fauna and flora are abundant and you will have a booklet to help you locate and discover the monuments seen on the banks!

Please arrive at the canoe base about 30 minutes before your shuttle bus departure time.

You must be able to swim and immerse yourself.
XL canoes or solo and duo kayaks are also available.
Each course has a specific shuttle bus time and then you take as long as you want to get back down the river to our base, maximum return at 7pm.
