Discover canoeing on the Ognon river, starting from the Montbozon base, on a 17 km course. This is your chance to discover the Ognon valley, between farms, pastures, bridges, chapel and castle, this tranquil river will allow you to progress at your own pace, with the possibility of a swim and/or picnic break.
Canoe Kayak on the Ognon - From Montbozon to Beaumotte
Self-guided course - From age 5 - All levels - Distance: 17 km
Located in the Haute-Saône and Doubs départements, the Ognon is an ideal river on which to learn canoeing and kayaking! You'll set off on a leisurely tour of the valley.
How does it work?
On arrival at the Montbozon nautical base, our partner will give you your equipment and brief you on safety instructions. You'll then set off on a self-guided descent of the river. A shuttle will return you to the base between 4 and 6 pm.
You can also opt for a shorter 11 km trip between Montbozon and Larians.

- Nautical base only open in July/August.
- Please arrive at the reception desk 15 minutes before departure.
- Please bring suitable clothing: closed shoes/swimming suit/shorts/t-shirt/sunglasses with tie.
