Canoraft on the Isère
Guided tour - 1h30 - Distance: 7 km - Class III/IV river - From 13 years upwards
From Aime to Centron, you'll cross the magnificent Pucelle gorges and finish the trip in the Centron rapids.
Your guide: you will be accompanied by Jean-Marc or a member of his team. All our instructors are state-qualified and guarantee maximum safety.
How does it work?
Your instructor will meet you at the leisure center, give you all the equipment you need and brief you on the safety instructions to be followed. You'll then be taken to the starting point for the descent, and set off for a 1? hour descent on the fast-flowing waters of the Isère.

- You must be in good physical condition
- be able to swim at least 50 meters and put your head under water
- Please arrive at the meeting point on time.
- Equipment provided: wetsuit, jacket, neoprene booties, lifejacket, helmet
