How does it work?

After being welcomed at the leisure center, your instructor will give you the equipment you need for the activity. You will then be taken by bus to the starting point of the descent. There, the instructor will give you a safety briefing before you set off for a 2-hour descent. The descent is short and intense, so you'll do it twice.
