Enjoy an easy-to-medium level canyoning trip for 12 year olds and over in the Gorges du Tapoul in the Cévennes for an exceptional experience with friends or family. We invite you to discover the Gorges du Tapoul: located near the village of Rousses, in the heart of the Lozère, it's the pearl of the region.

Canyoning in the Tapoul gorges

Guided tour - 1/2 day - All levels

The Tapoul gorges are ideal for canyoning. It's the most beautiful canyoning descent in Lozère. You'll venture into the heart of the Cévennes National Park down a river with majestic waterfalls.

Obstacles: jumps and slides (from 2 to 10 meters, but never compulsory), abseiling (10 meters maximum) and zip-line.

Your guide: you'll be accompanied by a state-certified guide/instructor.

How does it work?

After a briefing and equipment session, you'll take the shuttle to the Tapoul gorges (€3.50/person). Then it's time for adventure!

All the best in canyoning; all the sensations will be there! Canyoning is an ideal activity for a bachelor party or a family vacation.

Minimum age 12.
Must be able to swim.
Please allow 3.50 € for the shuttle (in July and August, the town council provides a compulsory parking and shuttle service to take you and the instructor directly to the canyon).
