Champagne, a symbol of elegance and celebration, seduces with its refined, universal character. This workshop dedicated to sparkling wines invites you to discover their secrets: the origin of their bubbles, the differences between Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs and rosé, and the distinctions between brut, demi-sec and doux.

Course outline (2h) :

• Theoretical part to learn more about the vinification of champagnes as well as their terroir and grape varieties.
• Applied tasting of 5 champagnes to put theory into practice.
• You'll then take part in the aroma/flavor game, during which you'll apply the VOG® method (visual, olfactory, gustatory).
• Course summary. You leave with your course booklet.
