Course of the workshop (1h30):
- Mise en bouche with an infusion of cocoa bark to accompany the tasting throughout the workshop.
- Brief history of cocoa and explanation of the various stages involved in making chocolate, from bean to bar.
- Tasting of different bars of raw and roasted Bean to Bar chocolate, to taste the nuances from one cocoa bean to another and from one way of making chocolate to another.
