Hervé & Clément offers you a unique sensory experience, combining the art of beer brewing with the subtlety of beer-and-cheese pairings. Get ready for an exceptional culinary journey into the heart of authentic flavors.
Workshop itinerary (2 hours):
- Welcome and introduction to the activity and its schedule
- Tour of the brewery with Clément & Hervé, who will share their knowledge of beer brewing.
- “Tour Infern’Ale” Beer Quiz.
- Tasting of 4 beers (12.5 cl each) and 4 cheeses from the Hauts-de-France region.
- You’ll leave the workshop with a 25 cl glass.

A very good visit, a very nice guide and an interesting guided tour. A very pleasant tasting with quality products. We regret, however, that some of the services indicated on the Funbooker description of the tour were not respected: On Funbooker it's specified that each tour includes a maximum of 10 people - there were almost twice as many - and that participants will leave with a 33cl souvenir beer - we left with one glass. Some information should be updated to match the offer on site.

Passion and expertise, just in terms of tasting, I would have preferred to have a tray rather than be served on the fly. The beer/cheese pairings made sense and were even surprising 👍

Good welcome, precise explanations and friendly, informative tasting session. Lacked a bit of quantity in the tasting (cheeses and beers) and a lack of organization in the service. Otherwise, we had a great time. We recommend it.

Very good surprise at the beginning we are all on the reserve but after with the beer and the quiz of the owner the tongues loosen and the conviviality settles like people of north around a good beer it is a tred beautiful gift to offer to a epucurien who likes the sharing
