Take part in a Toqué cheese workshop with an experienced cheesemaker. Discover the origins of cheese, the magic of pairing and all that surrounds this universe. With family or friends, come and experience cheese immersion in a relaxed, festive atmosphere!

Workshop schedule (2 hours) :

• Welcome and introduction to the activity
• Tasting of 5 surprising cheese pairings (wine, beer, jam, chocolate...)
• Two cheese & wine activities (Blind wine aroma recognition & Terroir quiz)
• Regional charcuterie platters
