Microlight flying in the Poitou: the ideal starting point

From Saint-Secondin, take to the skies for an introduction to flying over the Poitou region. You'll have the chance to fly over the Poitiers region, just a stone's throw from the Marais Poitevin. The flamboyant landscapes and charming villages are sure to dazzle you.

Course of the flight :

  • Welcome at Saint-Secondin aerodrome: one of the few ultralight bases in France to have two perpendicular runways of at least 580m.
  • Briefing: safety rules, presentation of your microlight and theory on the piloting part (change of trajectory, take-off, landing...)
  • Board the microlight and take off.
  • Flight for 30 to 60 minutes: you will take control of the small aircraft.
  • Soft landing and debriefing with the pilot.

If you were hesitating about your first flight in a microlight, now's the time to take the plunge and admire the magnificent scenery with a 360-degree view over the Poitou!
