A creative and sensory floral workshop to treat yourself to a moment of relaxation and reconnection with yourself. Each session follows the rhythm of the seasons, with flowers and themes that change throughout the year. Open to everyone, with no experience required, the workshop focuses on personal expression and well-being. Everyone leaves with their own floral arrangement.

Workshop Schedule:

• Welcome and setup: Introduction to the workshop and setting up each participant with their vase, floral foam, tools, and flowers.
• Grounding and breathing: A brief moment of reflection to slow down and disconnect from the daily grind.
• Sensory exploration: Observing, handling, and discovering the colors, textures, and scents of the flowers.
• Guiding Intention: Suggesting a central theme while allowing plenty of creative freedom.
• Floral Creation: Free-form composition with technical guidance as needed, in a calm and soothing atmosphere.
• Pause and Reflection: A brief moment to step away from your creation and return with a fresh perspective.
• Reflection and Sharing: Observing the arrangements and freely discussing everyone’s choices, feelings, and inspirations.
• Closing : Time for reflections, a souvenir photo, and taking home your floral arrangement.

The goal is not to create a perfect arrangement, but to enjoy a moment of calm, creativity, and reconnection with oneself through the experience of working with flowers.
