Aurelien, our guide, took us on a gourmet tour of the most emblematic places in Bordeaux's historic district, passionately recounting their origins and adding a few anecdotes from the period. Along the way, we were treated to deliciously subtle and flavorful notes that delighted our taste buds. A very pleasant interlude that I highly recommend.
