Course of the workshop (2h):
- Presentation of the day's recipe and essential techniques
- Mixing and kneading the dough by hand
- Preparation of filling and sauce
- Rolling the dough
- Shaping the ravioli
- Assembling and baking
- Justine and Morgane will be at your side throughout the workshop to pass on their tips and tricks and help you perfect the art of pasta-making!
