Course of the workshop (2h):

• You'll discover the history and fundamentals of gin, its main ingredients and the essential rules of its composition.
• You'll be introduced to the different botanicals used (berries, spices, aromatic plants) and their role in balancing flavors.
• You'll create your own recipe by selecting your aromas and making your own personalized blend.
• You'll leave with your own unique gin production.
