Itinerary:

• The meeting point is Piazza Garibaldi, at the base of the statue, where the guide will introduce the tour.
• After passing the Palazzo della Sapienza, the tour begins with a selection of Tuscan cured meats and a glass of red wine.
• We’ll continue down an alley leading to Borgo Stretto for one of the classic dishes of the Tuscan tradition: pici.
• Next stop: Piazza delle Vettovaglie for a cecina sandwich and a chickpea flatbread.
• We’ll return to Piazza Garibaldi to finish with authentic artisanal gelato.
