Take advantage of a surf lesson on the beach at Seignosse to enjoy a unique experience in the company of state-certified coaches. For 2 hours, you'll be introduced to surfing for all levels, from age 8 upwards.

How does it work?

From age 8 - Must be able to swim

15min at the beginning/end of the session to get equipped and get to the sport, 1h30 of actual practice in the ocean.
When you arrive, your instructor will provide you with all the equipment you need for surfing, and will explain all the safety instructions on the beach.
He'll then show you the positions to adopt on the board: how to row, how to stand up (and especially how to stay upright).
Finally, ready to take on the open sea, you'll head out into the waves with your instructor to ride your first rollers.
