Course of the activity (1h30) :
- Welcome and introduction to the activity.
- Warm-up on the beach and reminder of safety instructions.
- Explanation of rowing, straightening and board position techniques.
- Practice in the water. Instructors are always on hand to provide guidance and ensure safety.
- Return and debriefing with the instructors, who will give tips on how to improve.
