Course of the activity (1h30) :

Welcome and introduction to the activity.
Warm-up on the beach and reminder of safety instructions.
Explanation of rowing, straightening and board position techniques.
Practice in the water. Instructors are always on hand to provide guidance and ensure safety.
Return and debriefing with the instructors, who will give tips on how to improve.
