Activity description :

Depending on your level of certification, you'll be able to dive autonomously in pairs or be accompanied by a qualified instructor, for a safe adventure tailored to your needs. This activity is aimed at divers with at least one recognized certification (French or foreign).
Course of the activity :
Total duration of the outing: 2h
- You will be welcomed by our team, and equipped with the necessary equipment for this exploration dive.
- Our outings will take you to a variety of sites, depending on the day and sea conditions, to discover the diversity of our ecosystems.
- Before each dive, the dive manager will introduce you to the site and its particularities to help you maximize your underwater exploration.
- If you're diving independently, you'll be working in pairs; if not, your instructor will be by your side to guide you through the exploration.
- Dive freely in this environment for around 60 minutes.
- On your return, share your impressions and memories with the team, and receive tips to enrich your future explorations.

Know before you go
- If you choose a package with several dives, you only need to choose the date of the first dive. You'll find out the rest from the center after this first dive.
Medical contraindications :
- Respiratory problems (exertional asthma)
- Heart problems
- ENT problems
- Diabetes or epilepsy
- No flying 24 hours after diving
- No current pregnancy
If someone has one or more of these contraindications, he or she must present us with a medical certificate stating that he or she has no contraindications to scuba diving.
