Dive into the unique experience of freediving in the waters of Guadeloupe! In the idyllic setting of the Réserve Cousteau, you'll learn every secret of freediving. Supervised by passionate and qualified instructors, you'll be able to progress in complete safety.

Course of the activity :

• You'll be met at the dive center and taken to the site by boat, accompanied by your instructor and the group.
• On arrival, a professional instructor will introduce you to basic techniques and specific equipment.
• With exercises in ventilation, relaxation and descent techniques, you'll learn to make your first freedives at your own pace.
• Sessions are organized in small groups so that each participant can progress at his or her own pace, in a safe and caring atmosphere.
• After each session, we take the time to discuss your impressions and share this moment with the other participants.
