During this immersive workshop, discover the secrets of gyozas and learn how to make them from A to Z, so you can easily reproduce them at home.

Workshop schedule (3h) :

• Discover the origins of gyozas and their place in Asian culinary culture, true symbols of sharing.
• Make homemade gyoza dough and learn the key gestures for a supple, successful texture.
• Make gyoza fillings and learn the basics of seasoning and balancing flavors.
• The recipe can be adapted to suit your dietary requirements: vegan, vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, without paste or soy sauce, or in case of allergies (gluten, seafood...).
• Introduction to different folding techniques to shape gyozas that are as aesthetic as they are tasty.
• Collective tasting in a warm atmosphere.
