Meet us near the Gare St Lazare in Paris, in a cosy, modern setting, for a Japanese cooking workshop. Immerse yourself in the gourmet universe of the land of the rising sun, in the company of a passionate chef who will reveal all his secrets to you.

Workshop schedule (2h30) :

• Welcome of participants & welcoming sake (or Japanese jasmine tea)
• Introduction to the sake tea ritual and the importance of hospitality(omotenashi)
• Breathing to bring you into the present moment
• Recipe preparation (starter/main course/dessert) :
  • Miso soup
  • Chicken with homemade teriyaki sauce, rice with sesame seed vinegar
  • Glutinous rice with mango and coconut milk
• Tasting enhanced by real table service
