The Balcon du Canigou: the perfect spot for a helicopter flight

You'll be flying over the Pyrénées-Orientales in the Languedoc Roussillon region, the ideal place to take full advantage of the diverse landscapes this region has to offer. Between sea and mountains, you'll be amazed by the panorama.

You'll discover, for example, the Massif du Canigou, the medieval village of Castelnou classified as "one of the most beautiful villages in France", the Chapelle Saint Martin, the Château de Corbère and finally Perpignan.

Course of the flight

• After a safety briefing and a few details about the flight. You'll take off in an Aérospatiale AS350 Ecureuil for a 15-minute flight.
• Your pilot is a professional with hundreds of hours' flying experience. Take-off and landing are at Perpignan airport.

Helicopter: you'll fly aboard an Aerospatiale AS350 Ecureuil helicopter. This is a light multi-purpose helicopter developed by Aérospatiale, then produced by Eurocopter since January 1990 and Airbus Helicopters from January 2014 under the name H125.
