Course of the workshop (1h30) :

Creation of a customized oleoserum with organic plant oils adapted to your skin.
Introduction to facial yoga with the oleoserum you've created. The aim is to discover the main drainage, relaxation and toning gestures and be able to reproduce them at home.
At the end, each participant leaves with his or her own customized oleoserum.

A workshop to treat yourself or share with friends for a birthday or bachelor party.

The instructor was really nice, attentive and educational. She took the time to explain everything in detail, to advise me and show me the right gestures. What's more, she provided cards with videos of the exercises so I could easily redo them at home, and also offered the products I had made for sale.
