Know before you go

The workshop is not suitable for pregnant women.
Laura is a relaxologist and trainer at the École du Stress.
Bring comfortable clothing, yoga mat or towel.
If the group is larger, we can split it up. While some participants enjoy a cup of tea/chocolate upstairs in the Kalany Mya Tearoom, others experience the relaxology workshop and vice versa. Drinks not included in the price.
