Come and enjoy a solo or duo yoga session , entirely individualized according to your wishes and abilities, based on traditional toning or relaxing yoga.

Course (1h):

• Once you've settled on your mat, let yourself be carried away by the calm of the setting. Take the time to disconnect and appreciate the benefits of each posture in terms of breathing, letting go and relaxation.
• The session will of course be adapted to the level and needs of the participants.

This experience will give you a moment of deep relaxation and letting go.
