Course of the workshop (2h) :
- Presentation of the day's menu and typical Korean ingredients
- In the kitchen: you'll learn how to prepare several emblematic recipes, such as bulgogi (Korean BBQ-style marinated beef), Doenjang soup with fermented soybeans or Japchae, a dish of sautéed sweet potato noodles.
- Discover Korean preparation and cooking techniques, explained step by step.

Disappointed: for me, in a cooking workshop you make your own recipe from A to Z, which wasn't the case. For the hotteok we watched the teacher make the dough, we just filled the hotteok and baked them. For the tteokbokki, we each cut a different vegetable and cooked them in the same pot. However, the teacher was very pleasant and friendly
