Jean-François will introduce you to gyrocopters through a flying session over the Alsatian countryside. A pilot since 1999, whether in a private plane, helicopter or microlight, he will share his passion for these flying machines with you and accompany you on your microlight flight. You'll be flying a gyrocopter ultralight, halfway between a helicopter and a plane. It's easy to fly and extremely maneuverable.

Depart from Issenheim and enjoy the Alsatian countryside on a gyrocopter microlight. You'll fly over the Alsatian countryside, taking in Issenheim, the castles of Alsace, Mulhouse and Colmar, and the many surrounding mountain ranges.
Course of the flight :
- Welcome at the Saint-Georges farm in Issenheim: briefing (30 minutes), presentation of the machine, its principle, operation and performance.
- Set-up and equipment with helmet and straps.
- Reminder of safety instructions and take-off for a 30-minute initiation: you'll alternate between take-off and landing phases, approach procedure etc.
- Return to base and debrief with the instructor pilot.
The introductory flight is ideal if you're fascinated by flying machines, or if you've already taken a first flight. It's a great gift that's sure to please!

The gyrocopter is a very original experience, with a flight envelope quite different from that of an airplane. Very friendly pilot, and plenty of opportunity to familiarize yourself with flying the machine. Would definitely do it again!

An unforgettable gyrocopter experience! I had the chance to experience an initiation to gyrocopter flight, and it was quite simply exceptional. From the very first seconds, I was impressed by the feeling of freedom, the maneuverability of the aircraft and the breathtaking view it offered over the countryside. The instructor pilot made this first experience accessible and rewarding, explaining everything clearly. The gyrocopter surprised me with its stability and comfort in flight, far beyond anything I'd imagined. It's a unique blend of helicopter and microlight, with incredible safety and flying pleasure. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves aviation or is looking for something out of the ordinary. I'll never forget my first flight in an autogyro!
