How the activity works:

• Getting started with the Wing: Learn how to handle the wing on a stable board (such as a paddleboard or windsurfing board), without a foil, to master the basics safely.
• First Wing Foil Rides: You’ll make your first runs on a board equipped with a foil to feel the lift and get used to the initial sensation of gliding.
• Towed foil session (weather permitting): When conditions allow, a session of being towed by a boat helps you work on your balance, body position, and first flights, even in calm winds.
