Take to the skies over the Île-de-France region aboard an ICP Ventura, a Class 3 multi-axis aircraft. With a cruising speed of 170 km/h, you’ll explore Etampes and its surroundings in the company of an experienced pilot.

The Surroundings of Étampes

You’ll fly over the countryside of Étampes-Mondésir and pass over the plains of Saclas, where the Étampes Patrol was founded in 1931 by a group of instructors from the Étampes-Mondésir Advanced Pilot Training School (EPP). This marked the birth of the first French military flight formation, flying Morane-Saulnier 230s under the command of Captain Edouard Amouroux, with Airmen Carlier and Dumas as his crew members.

Flight Procedure:

• Welcome by your flight instructor, followed by a 10-minute briefing: technical preparation and flight procedures.
• Board the aircraft and receive a final briefing.
• Takeoff for a 30-minute flight over the Etampes plateau.
• Landing and debriefing with the pilot.
