Course of the workshop (2 hours) :
- Welcome and presentation of the workshop schedule
- Discovery of the origins of Saké
- Presentation of ingredients and production process
- Tasting of a selection of Sakés
- Bertil will explain the different categories of sake and talk about the different regions where they are produced.
