Course of the workshop (2h):
- Apply the hygienic gestures to get the workshop off to a good start.
- Over the course of 2 hours, you'll discover the different pastry-making techniques required to create a succulent lemon meringue pie:
- Filling a tart
- Making lemon cream
- Making an Italian meringue
- Take home your own dessert!
