Lunch, tour & Cognac tasting at Saint-Saturnin (16)

Enjoy a full tour and tasting of the Bourgoin Cognac range, followed by lunch with the winemaker. Tour departs at 11 a.m. and ends when guests have finished lunch.

Course of the activity:

• You will visit the distillery and ageing cellars. You'll be given an overview of the region's history and geopolitics.
• Tasting of all the company's cognacs, Pineau des Charentes and wine-based culinary aids (non-alcoholic).
• Lunch at the winemaker's will take place in the courtyard of the Charentais farm. A Pineau Spritz cocktail will be served as a prelude. This will be followed by a seasonal salad, a family dish in winter or grilled meats in summer, side dishes and a cheese platter. Charentais wine service included (white, red). For dessert, our famous homemade "Cococo" cake (family recipe), with espresso coffee and a glass of Bourgoin Cognac microbarrique 20 ans d'âge.

This banquet offers a journey back in time and into the winemaking history of the Bourgoin family.
