• The morning begins with a visit to the market, where Thierry introduces you to the local produce, its origins and his favorite producers. It's a great opportunity to talk about the importance of choosing the right ingredients.
• Back in the kitchen, you'll discover the day's menu and the traditional techniques handed down by the Mères Lyonnaises.
• You'll learn how to cut up poultry, cook it to perfection, and prepare starters and desserts under the attentive guidance of the chef and his team.
• Once the dishes are finished, it's time for the final touches, before you sit down to eat.
• The experience concludes with a convivial meal shared at the communal table, accompanied by wine or soft drinks, to savor the fruits of your labor together.
