Come discover a warm and welcoming world where honey is transformed into a golden elixir. Fréderic welcomes you to a friendly tasting of artisanal meads, made from honey harvested by beekeepers in the Hautes-Pyrénées: acacia honey, spring honey, and chestnut honey.
Activity itinerary (1 hour):
- Discover a little-known product: mead, nicknamed “the drink of the gods.”
- Tasting of a dry mead flavored with ginger or cinnamon.
- Tasting of a sweetmead made with spring honey.
- Explore the wide range of meads to find the one that suits you best.
