During this two-hour workshop, Lucie will teach you the basics for creating your own personalized brass medallion.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Guided by an inspirational moodboard, you'll begin by brainstorming and sketching your future creation.
• After a presentation of the jeweler's tools and a demonstration of metal-cutting techniques, you will cut your shape out of the brass, then file the outline for a more finished form.
• Once the medallion is finished, you can choose between a hammered or rough finish, depending on your preference. You can even punch in a date, initials or a personal note.
• Final step: the medallion will be dipped in a bath of 18-carat gold to give it its final shine. You'll get your jewel back a few weeks later.

Thanks to Lucie's advice, you'll be able to create a custom-made medallion and wear it on occasions that mean a lot to you!
