Course of the flight
- Welcome and briefing on the principle of paragliding, how it works and safety instructions.
- Gear up and prepare for takeoff with your instructor.
- A short run-up... and you're in the air! Enjoy the panorama and let yourself be guided.
- Soft landing followed by a moment of exchange to share your impressions.

Address: the meeting point in Digne-les-Bains will be given to you the day before by the instructor.
Know before you go
- No minimum age, but 20 kg required. Parental consent required for minors.
- No age limit (must be able to run about ten meters for take-off).
- Maximum weight: 90 kg (or more, depending on the passenger's age, physical condition, etc., please ask). - Don't hesitate to ask).
- Make sure you wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
- The activity is subject to weather and wind conditions. If conditions do not permit, you will be asked to reschedule.
- The time of your flight will be specified when you confirm your booking.
- A weather check will be carried out the day before the flight with the partner.
- The instructor will provide you with a GPS coordinate the day before the flight.
- Bring water (avoid glass and metal containers).
