Have you always dreamed of being a bird, soaring through the air and gazing at the highest peak in the Alps in the heart of Haute Savoie? Olivier's team offers you paragliding flights over a panorama unique in the world.

Chamonix: a sublime setting for a paragliding flight

You can paraglide over Chamonix and its glaciers, right in front of Mont Blanc. It's the perfect opportunity to take your first paragliding flight amid breathtaking scenery, and remember it for the rest of your life!

All our instructors are fully qualified and insured by the FFVL (Fédération Française de Vol Libre).

Course of the paragliding flight:

• On arrival at the summit and the flight zone, you'll be fitted with a helmet + briefing on the flight and safety rules to follow.
• A gentle take-off on a gentle slope facing Mont Blanc.
• You'll be able to climb to an altitude of over 2,000 meters and admire the village of Chamonix, which will then seem miniature.
• You can also try your hand at piloting under the guidance of your instructor.
• Debriefing and feedback with your instructor.

Several options are available:

Discovery flights:

• Planpraz discovery flight: period - June to September and December to April. Duration: 20 min. Itinerary: over Chamonix and its glaciers, where you can learn to fly in complete safety, under the guidance of your instructor. Meeting point: departure from the Planpraz gondola.

• Plan de l'Aiguille discovery flight: period - April to June and September to October. Duration: 20 min. Itinerary: you'll fly over the impressive Glacier des Bossons. You can learn to fly in complete safety, surrounded by incredible scenery, under the guidance of your instructor. Meeting point: Aiguille du Midi intermediate station

Thrill flights :

• Freestyle and XXL flights 45mn: duration: 45 min-1h Itinerary: a good part of the Mont Blanc massif, its glaciers and numerous peaks. You'll learn to fly the paraglider yourself, and you'll also be able to try out some freestyle tricks. Make sure you have the right equipment for a long flight (jacket, windbreaker and gloves).

• Flight to the Aiguille du Midi: duration: 3h, including 1h flight, descent of the snow ridge overlooking the Chamonix valley to reach the take-off point. Itinerary: flight over rocky faces and world-famous glaciers such as the Vallée Blanche, the Aiguilles de Chamonix... Flight not available between July 1 and August 31. Gondola ride not included.

• Flight for children under 10: duration: 10 to 20 min, flight only available in the morning in calm weather conditions, except when the Planpraz gondola is open, we can offer a departure from Plan de l'Aiguille (+10€).
