Parent/child dance & yoga workshop 3-6 years in Paris 11th arron

Experience a special moment of sharing with your child during this dance-yoga workshop in Paris' 11th arrondissement. 1h duo with your child in a small group, to promote well-being and the free expression of each duo. A practice outside the confines of the yoga mat, to rediscover the fluidity and spontaneity of the body in movement.

Course of workshop (1h):

• Through dance movements, yoga games, postures in pairs or groups, acrobalance, around a story, to music, parents and children discover a new way of being and "yoga-dancing" together.
• Young and old accompany each other, have fun, support each other, transform, express themselves, invest their bodies and also space.

2 workshops available:

• 10am - 11am: 3-6 years
• 11am - 12pm: 6-10 years

This workshop will allow you to escape for an hour and enjoy a great moment of complicity with your child!
