Course of the workshop (1h):

• You'll learn simple, gentle and appropriate massage gestures to release tension in complete safety.
• Experience an initiation to the use of Tibetan bowls, to create a zen, enveloping and playful atmosphere.
• You'll discover self-massage games so that children can reproduce these wellness gestures at home.
• You share a real time of connection, in a calm, joyful and reassuring energy.
• Materials, mats, relaxation aids & Tibetan bowls included.
• Parent / child or family duo sharing time
