Course of the workshop (2h):

• The chef welcomes you over an introductory coffee and introduces you to the basics of fresh Italian dough, from flour to kneading.
• You make your own ravioli dough, then prepare the filling: ricotta, fresh herbs, vegetables or meat, depending on the season and inspiration of the moment.
• Then it's on to the shaping: cut, fold and seal your ravioli, learning the precise gestures of the Italian cook.
• The ravioli are then ready. You leave with your own creations. All that's left to do is bake and enjoy!
