Discover a unique experience centered on artisanal infused rum at Marvin’s workshop, located in Marseille’s 15th arrondissement. Inspired by the recipes of a grandmother from Martinique, this workshop invites your employees to explore the aromas, textures, and secrets of maceration through a sensory and creative experience.
Workshop itinerary:
- Discovering the raw ingredients: chili pepper, turmeric, ginger, hibiscus, and lemongrass—to smell, touch, and taste.
- Introduction to the art of infusion: Marvin explains the unique characteristics of the ingredients and how their aromas develop as they macerate.
- Personalized creation: Each participant measures out the ingredients and prepares their own bottle using guided recipes.
- Delayed tasting : Everyone takes home their bottle to let it steep for 30 days, along with a tasting sheet sent by ANTIK to help them discover the final result.
