• In front of the San Sebastián City Hall, we’ll meet the guide and sample a selection of jamón, including the traditional jamón de Cebo.
• Right in the heart of the Old Town, at Konstituzio Plaza, we’ll discover the first pintxo in history: green chili peppers, anchovies, and olives with intense flavors.
• In the Casco Viejo, a selection of gourmet pintxos awaits us, paired with cider, txakoli, Rioja wine, or Basque patxaran.
• Along Arrandegi Kalea, near the city’s oldest church, we’ll finish with a creamy, caramelized Basque cheesecake.
