Take a stand-up paddle in the heart of the Payré estuary, guided by an experienced instructor. Between caves, dunes and calm waters, enjoy a unique experience in an enchanting natural setting.

The route :

You'll discover or rediscover stand-up paddling on the Veillon Estuary, also known as the Lagoon, a place of rare beauty.

How does it work?

Introduction to the equipment, followed by training in the basics of stand-up paddling: balance, paddle management, propulsion and steering, and various turning techniques. Then it's off to the heart of the Payré Estuary, a veritable paradise for nature lovers. You'll have the chance to discover mysterious caves, cliffs, fine sand dunes, lush forests and even traditional oyster beds.

A gentle introduction accessible from age 12.

Know before you go

A minimum of 6 participants is required. If the minimum is not reached, you will be offered an alternative date.
Please arrive 20 minutes early.
Please bring: closed shoes mandatory. Water bottle. Swimsuit, comfortable clothing, hat, goggles (with drawstring), sun cream or windbreaker, warm clothing, wetsuit available for hire on site.
You must be able to swim 25 meters and be able to immerse yourself.
