Discover the Veillon and Guittière estuaries by kayak , guided by an experienced instructor. A unique experience combining adventure, local produce and oyster-farming traditions.

The route :

From the Veillon estuary, with its panoramic views, you'll head for the Pointe du Payré and then on to La Guittière, a charming old fishing village where you'll have the chance to discover the world of oysters.la Guittière, a charming old fishing village where you'll have the chance to discover the delights of the region with a tasting break of locally harvested oysters or shrimps and white wine. You'll also learn about the process of oyster cultivation and the river's role in the trade of salt, the famous "white gold", in the past. The walk starts at Plage du Veillon and continues through the Payré Estuary to La Guittière, then back in the opposite direction.
