Lac de Monteynard is an ideal spot for paddle boarding and other board sports such as windsurfing and kite-surfing. Less than half an hour from Grenoble, it's a popular spot for nature lovers. Entirely green and blue, you'll almost forget it's a lake.

- Once you've got your board and paddle, you're off on your ownto navigate Lac de Monteynard-Avignonnet.
- The paddle can accommodate one adult and one child, making it ideal for a family outing.

one negative point was the lack of explanation of the recommendations for using the paddle and navigating at the start of the activity. Fortunately, the person in charge, who was on a boat, came to give us some advice, otherwise a very good experience.
