Workshop schedule (4h):

• Model discovery: try on different hat shapes and explore different types of straw.
• Create a sketch of your future hat
• Straw molding, working on a wooden or aluminum form according to the chosen silhouette.
• Application of a stiffening product to give hold and shape
• Drying time: preparation of the headpiece grosgrain to your size.
• Composition of your hat decoration.
• Finishing: demolding, sewing the brim and inner grosgrain, then attaching the trim.

You'll leave with a one-of-a-kind hat, knowledge of a rare skill and beautiful memories!
