Surf lessons are a great way to enjoy a sunny day on vacation. Capbreton is one of the most beautiful spots on the Landes coast, just a few minutes from Hossegor. The waves are ideal for perfecting your technique, but also for learning to stand up! In fact, this surf course offers three options depending on your level.

What's involved?

Ages 10 and over - Must be able to swim

• Meeting point at the surf school and equipment: shorty or full-body wetsuit and distribution of surfboards.
• Depart for the beach for the lesson adapted to your level: short theoretical part.
• On the water! With your surfboard, take advantage of the lessons and ride the waves under the guidance of our instructors.

The surf school: with Denis, you're guaranteed qualified instructors . It's the only surf school in Capbreton to be accredited by the French Surfing Federation, and also by the French government with the " Qualité Tourisme" label.

You'll be able to choose from a wide range of courses. Class times depend on the tides, and are therefore subject to change: you will be informed of the exact time before your appointment.

Several courses are available:

• Beginner course: You learn the safety rules and then become independent in small waves. Positioning is worked on. You'll then be able to stand up on your board in the foam.
• Intermediate course: You'll surf bigger waves while improving your position. You'll learn to anticipate and read the breaking of the wave.
• Advanced course: You'll benefit from technical analysis and explanations of mobility placement and trajectory variations.

A surf lesson is the ideal way to enjoy your vacation on the Basque coast without leaving the beach!
