Two words: "Wonderful moment! A huge thank you for offering this workshop, which is also really easy to get to, whether by public transport (streetcar station just a 30-second walk away) or by car (several parking lots nearby). The kitchen and laboratory are spotlessly clean. It's great to be able to use professional equipment at least once in your life. I had a great afternoon and learned a lot of new techniques. Nassira is welcoming, patient, gentle, a great listener and, above all, a top-notch teacher. Thanks to her, you become a great pastry chef for an afternoon, and are proud to leave with superb creations. The recipes are extremely well detailed and the mignardises are superb and, above all, very good. Everyone in my house enjoyed themselves.
