• Preparation of two chocolate pastry creations (macarons, choux pastries, tartlets, or desserts, depending on the session).
• Learning essential techniques: preparing ganache, making macaron batter, whipping mousse...
• Discover piping and decoratingtechniques for a polished finish.
• Tips and advice from the chef throughout the workshop.

At the end of this experience, you’ll leave with your chocolate creations, the recipes you made, and plenty of tips for recreating these delicious treats at home.
